SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
South Africa Standard delivery: 15–30 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs clearance.
United States & United Kingdom Standard delivery: 20–35 business days from dispatch.
Other International Destinations Standard delivery: 20–40 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Shipping Costs
- South Africa: R100 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over R800.
- International: R400 flat rate.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Trendora has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@trendorahome.co.za and we will investigate with the supplier.
