Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Times We ship via our dropship partners directly to your door. Estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 7–20 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination — please contact us before ordering for an estimate
Please note these are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping promotions will be displayed on the website when applicable.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email where available. Some shipments may have limited tracking depending on the courier used.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
