Refund policy
At Trendora, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and skincare products unless faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trendorahome.co.za with your order number, a photo of the item/packaging, and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Use a trackable method — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
